"All of these are explorations of material. They are all pages pulled from my sketchbook [many have other drawings or writings on the back]. I have an interest within the body and the systems within them. I like repetition as well so sometimes I get stuck in these little patterns [seen in the image with the green background]. I find a lot of joy in exploring and transforming the body. They may seem dark but it's our bodies, there are variations and I don't shy away from it. Our bodies are weird and sometimes a bit icky and gross and that's fine!"
